Capsicum annuum

Superb and very unique chilli variety. The long thin pods are striking and distinctive with a decent heat level, not too hot that it will create general discomfort, however it will flavour up any dish very well. The pods ripen from green through red and have a thin wall, so dry very easily.

This is a great pod to use either fresh or dried, as a fresh processed pod look at using it for stir-fries, pickles or thinly sliced in salsas. Dried, these pods are a great addition to a general spice mix.
