Lagenaria siceraria

This gourd resembles a swan. It is a hard shelled fruit that is dark green with yellowish green spots on them when young. These gourds are inedible and therefore are only used for crafts or decorations. The crafts usually made out of these gourds are birdhouses, bowls and boxes.
