Cleansing Health Blend
(Brassica, Raphanus, Medicago and Trifolium spp)
The Livingseeds Cleansing Health Blend is an in-house blend of anti-oxidant rich varieties that help clear and cleanse. The brassicas in this blend are high in cruciferous phyto-nutrients, well known for their action against carcinogens. Our blend contains Turnips, White Clover, Mustard, Radish and Alfalfa seeds.
All of these varieties are well known for the cleansing action they have on the body. The varieties in the Cleansing health Blend have all been selected to complement one another in your quest to cleanse your digestive tract and your blood.
Simple to sprout, they will be ready to start eating in 4-7 days. Eat them raw as a garnish a full ingredient or just drop them into your meal just before serving.
