If you have eaten Swiss Chard, you have probably eaten Fordhook Giant. This is a very common and well known variety that has been a market leader for years. It will cross with other Chards and beets.

Ingredients
- 4 Bananas
- 3 Cup Spinage leaves (baby)
- 1/2 Cup Dates(soaked)
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 Tsp Mint leaves ( finely chopped)
Directions
- Blend together
- Freeze with a slice of kiwi fruit or strawberry
Add more dates or mint to taste.
