• Swiss Chard Fordhook Giant

Beta vulgaris var cicla

If you have eaten swiss chard, you have probably eaten Ford Hook Giant. This is a very common and well known variety that has been a market leader for years. It will cross with other chards and beets.

Approx 50 seeds



  • 4 Bananas
  • 3 Cup Spinage leaves (baby)
  • 1/2 Cup Dates(soaked)
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Mint leaves ( finely chopped)


  1. Blend together
  2. Freeze with a slice of kiwi fruit or strawberry

Add more dates or mint to taste.
