Brassica rapa

A very cold hardy Asian variety that can even handle heavy frost and snow.

The dark green, oval leaves have a mild flavour and a superb crunch. They make a delicious addition raw in salads or added to stir-fries. Although the leaves have a similar appearance to spinach, the rosette-like loose growth pattern gives them away.

Can be harvested at baby-leaf stage from 25 days and 45 days for fully grown leaves.

A great variety for container gardening.
