• Tendergreen Bush Beans

Phaseolus vulgaris

Another lovely bush bean, Tendergreen is a productive, stringless, round podded bush bean. The green beans hold their snap and tender flavour well on the bush. If you leave them a little longer than you should, where the pods fill out, they make excellent shelly beans. The dry beans cook up well and add great texture and flavours to stews and soups.

Standard packet contains approx. 25 seeds

Petite packet contains approx. 10 seeds

Using Beanflo-Rhizobium bacteria when planting your bean seed is the most cost effective way of putting nitrogen fixing bacteria into your soil, creating healthier soil for a more productive harvest.
