Another beautiful Costoluto heirloom, this time originating from Parma in the region of Emilia-Romagna, Italy. A lovely beefsteak-type tomato with intense flavour. The fruits are heavily ribbed, flattened, and deep red in colour.
Meaty and containing little seeds, these tomatoes are traditionally served on artisan bread with parma ham and parmesan cheese with a drizzle of olive oil.
Ready for harvest in 90 days after transplant.
