Solanum lycopersicum

A beautiful Italian variety named after its town of origin, Corleone, in Sicily. A prolific producer of medium-sized, deep red, ribbed fruits that can weigh up to 100g. The flesh is lusciously juicy and delectable, lending itself particularly well to classic Italian sauces and pastes. Fruits also keep well on the kitchen counter. Adaptable to many climates, with a high disease and heat tolerance.
