Phaseolus vulgarus

This seed is said to have been found in a turkey's craw, hence its name. Also know as turkey breast beans or turkey eye beans. An awesome pole bean that can be enjoyed as a green snap bean or a dry bean with a lovely sweet, rich, buttery flavour and meaty texture. Also good for canning or freezing.

These beans can be harvested in 60-90 days.
