Whole sunflower seeds are best grown as microgreens.

A quick growing producer of delicious, nutrient dense baby leaves. The nutty flavour and firm, crisp mouthfeel makes a delicious additive to a salad, or any dish that could do with a last minute lift or a light garnish.

The seeds can also be pre-soaked to assist with faster germination. Mist the growing leaves often to assist with easier removal of the shell.
