Cucurbita moschata
A Pumpkin that looks like a wheel of cheese with a pale yellow-tan coloured smooth skin. The orange flesh has a mild and sweet flavour with a large seed cavity in the middle. Fruits will be anything between 2.5Kgs and 4.5Kgs and are very yummy when stuffed with some mince and cheese.... mmmmm!
