Red Flash Orach is also commonly called Red Mountain Spinach. These stunning, bright purple-red, heart shaped leaves taste very similar to spinach with a deep earthy flavour.

Used raw, the lively colour adds excitement to salads and and spunk to your plate as a garnish. Excellent cooked or fried up with a little garlic and butter or simply added to soups and stews.

These stunning red leaves are high in Iron, Magnesium, Anthocyanins, Vitamins C & K, Protein and Zinc.

Slow bolting, even in warmer weather, this makes a great alternative to growing spinach in the warmer months.

The plants can grow up to 150cm tall.
