Pisum sativum

A super early producer of really tasty pods. This is a short growing variety and is considered a dwarfing pea variety.
Although the whole pods can be eaten, Blue Bantam is primarily a shelling pea. Typical 6-9 peas per pod, this pea is great both as an early pea snacked whole or as a shelling pea for the pot.
