Golden Canary is a low heat sport of the Bhut Jolokia. If you are looking for the flavour without the searing heat that the Ghost peppers have, this is the answer to your needs. Livingseeds has been growing this guy out for a few seasons now and it has remained reliably consistent. The occasional bush is a lot warmer, but in general the heat profile is well below 100 000 SHU level.
