Brassica rapa
This variety is also known as mustard spinach, even though it is not related to spinach at all. A very hardy Asian leaf that can be harvested in 40 days. The combination of mustard/cabbage flavour adds a subtle yet interesting flair to salads and stir-fries.
The plants and leaves tolerate both hot and cold temperatures; however, in extreme heat, the plant will bolt.
