Very tasty tomato! Have had 100% germination 2 years in a row with the same pack of seeds. The plants were the first to start producing this year and 2/4 are still going strong. The fruit I ended up with both years was the size of a plum rather than a typical beefsteak tomato, but the flavour is perfect!

Very good variety! They taste great and the skin is very thin, hardly noticeable.

I grew this tomato last season along with Black Sea Man, Golden Jubilee, Green Zebra, Brandywine Sudduths and Brandywine Cherry, which are all GREAT tomatoes, but this one was my favourite! I mean just look at the picture - how beautiful is that? It makes your mouth water just looking at it hanging there! Even though they are prone to cracking if you over-water or water irregularly, they are still stunningly beautiful, big tomatoes with very good yields if you look after them. I can't recommend what to use it for, because I ate all of mine right off the vine! They never stood a chance. Absolutely delicious - bags of lovely deep, dark, juicy flavours. My no.1 (and that's saying a lot comparing it to the others I mentioned).
