One of the best green tomatoes, with a wonderful firm flesh. It makes the most incredible fried green tomatoes you'll ever experience. These impressive beefsteaks are great in salads, on hamburgers, and also as a piccalilli ingredient. We're continually amazed that green tomatoes have such interesting and broad flavours.

First time that I planted this variety. I was a bit sceptic at first, but boy what a surprise. The plants are strong, vigorous and very disease resistant. There is not a lot of fruit, but the size of the tomatoes are huge. Also a very tasty tomato. The plants needs some serious staking. Wil definitely grow them again.

My absolute favourite tomato for taste. Germination was fast both times and, while the plants took a lot longer to set fruits than most other varieties I've tried, they've held up well against the summer heat. Plants want to get quite tall and definitely need support or they will fall over.
