Originally sourced in West Virginia, this family heirloom has since become a staple with its abundant yields, superior flavour, and surprisingly high Brix index, denoting a high sweetness and sugar content. This tomato makes the perfect slicer to elevate any summer sandwich. Low seed counts in the flesh also lend this variety well to processing and preserving.
