Solanum lycopersicum

This unusual tomato is a Chinese open-pollinated variety. Not many original Chinese varieties make international seed catalogues, so we are really happy to have this as a new addition for 2023.

Large rampant vines definitely need some support as they sport unusually high production of smallish round bicolour tomatoes. The fruits are sublimely tasty with a beautiful striped pattern.
